All systems go….. for IIFA in Colombo

With the Indian International Film Academy (IIFA) awards ceremony beginning on Thursday, an electrician gives the final touches to a stream of bulbs across the road near the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium. Followed by Vivek Oberoi, Lara Datta, Vivek and Ritesh Deshmuk who have arrived in Sri Lanka model and Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu too arrived in the island this evening. Despite a section of the South Indian cinema artistes agitating for boycott, most of the big names in Bollywood are scheduled to arrive for the Oscar of Bollywood type of awards ceremony. (AdaDerana)
